Waterfront Studio in Condado with Balcony Pool and Hot Tub

Not bad, it served its purpose for our stay. Positive: The location was pretty good. It was slightly hard to find as it's a different name on booking site, in person its called the Lagoon Villas. There is security staff around 24/7 that lets you in the building, very safe location and no worries of strangers wandering in. The room was clean and was like a mini apartment. We had a full fridge, stove tip, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and pots and pans. We also had a small table in the room for dining, as well as a table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the beautiful water. The AC works great, shower is roomy, and the room was very homey. Negative: It rained heavy one of the days while we were there and the elevators were a little leaky and had a weird musty smell after the rain. There is no direct beach access. Most of the building is older and not very modern. Still very nice. We had an in unit washer and dryer and the dryer did not work. I'm talking ran the dryer for 4 hours and just kept the clothes damp and smelled like wet laundry. We ended up running another wash cycle and air drying as the communal dryers were full.

It was nice Positive: The area was nice and central. The view was beautiful. The space was also nice. Negative: The room was for 2 people, not 4 like it was advertised. There were also little bugs all over the room which I don't know what they were. i would have appreciated shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Positive: We were there for a week and mostly enjoyed it. Negative: Only one glass in the kitchen was a bit of a disappointment, some of the kitchenware dirty at arrival and killing some hundred small insects in the kitchen was not our favourite.

Positive: Loved it , little hard to find and wish had a beach... But other than that , it was very nice Negative: No beach and not really downtown
