Penthouse with Private Balconies - Oceanview and Pool

Positive: The location was fabulous. Quieter than Condado, which we liked. Close to everything and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very close to Escambron Beach- less than 10 minute walk. The view from the unit was incredible! Had lovely sea views to the left and terrific views of the city and lagoon to the right. Staff at the Property and w the reservations were very nice and accommodating. Pool area was more than adequate w chairs and umbrellas. Really enjoyed our week. Negative: The payment process was a little wonky since the Property management processes payments through a different company than Booking.com. This is all disclosed upfront and in the end, everything worked out but it did lead to a few moments of unease when I paid, particularly when my credit card company was being extra cautious w processing payment. But Maxine and Rosemary were lovely and responsive w all questions or concerns throughout. The unit's bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, comfortable and very attractive. The living room needed more comfortable furniture; it was way way too sparce. There was no coffee table or side tables; the space was large enough for a few more pieces. Only 1 couch and a divan. The kitchen had absolutely no sharp knives which made prepping food a little difficult. A little ridiculous, especially w paying over $600 a night There was also no broom so the floors felt dirty most of the week. Minor things for sure but also easily corrected that would make staying there a little more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed the unit and the area. I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island when I visit again. The location and views were just perfect

I would definetly stay here again. Positive: Spacious, excellent location, comfortable beds! Negative: One of the bathrooms had a smell, we had to keep the door shut or we could smell it in the rooms.

Confort Positive: Me gustó mucho la habitación

Positive: The place was close to most of the restaurants and old san juan was 10-15 mins away. Good location, clean room. Not sure if the bed sheet were changed because I found few blond hairs in there but other than that everything checked out fine. Negative: Nothing in particular. Would have loved to have some more towels since beach activity is a regular thing when travelling to San juan. Also found some hairs in the bed so was not sure if it was there despite cleaning or.just something that was missed.

Positive: Location was great! Convenient walk to several places.
